1. Services

1.1 Service Description: ILevel provides professional art installation, picture hanging, mirror installation, sculpture mounting, and related art placement services (collectively, “Services”) to residential, commercial, and institutional clients in New York City and surrounding areas.

1.2 Scope of Services: Services include but are not limited to fine art installation, picture hanging, mirror and sconce installation, gallery and salon wall layouts, sculpture and 3D object mounting, cable hanging systems, and security hardware installation.

1.3 Service Limitations: ILevel does not provide electrical, plumbing, or major structural alteration services. If your project requires these services, you must arrange for qualified tradespeople prior to our arrival.

2. Estimates, Booking & Pricing

2.1 Non-Binding Estimates: All estimates provided via our website, email, or telephone are based on information provided by the client and are not guarantees of final cost. Final pricing is determined by actual time, materials, and complexity required on-site.

2.2 Minimum Booking: All projects are booked subject to a minimum charge (typically two hours), which will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

2.3 Additional Work: Any work requested that exceeds the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rates plus materials.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1 24-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3.2 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the estimated project total.

3.3 No-Shows: If our installers arrive at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the premises within 30 minutes, the appointment will be deemed a no-show and billed at 50% of the estimate.

4. Client Responsibilities & Worksite Conditions

4.1 Site Access: You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, clear access to the installation area, including necessary elevator bookings and building permissions.

4.2 Pre-Existing Condition: You represent that your artwork, frames, and items to be installed are in stable, sound condition suitable for installation.

4.3 Hazardous Conditions: You must inform us of any known hazards, concealed wiring, pipes, or delicate wall finishes before work begins.

4.4 Hardware Policy: ILevel provides and uses only professional-grade hardware. For safety and liability reasons, we do not install using client-supplied hardware.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Due on Completion: Residential payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

5.2 Commercial Terms: Commercial accounts approved for invoicing must pay within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5.3 Collection Costs: In the event of non-payment, the client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

6. Insurance, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Licensed & Insured: ILevel maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and statutory workers' compensation.

6.2 90-Day Hardware Warranty: ILevel warrants its installation labor and hardware against failure for 90 days following installation under normal, intended use.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILevel's liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

7.1 Website Content: All content, photography, graphics, logos, and copy on this website are the property of ILevel Inc. and protected by copyright law.

7.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in New York County, New York.
